Don’t let the simplistic beauty fool you—this kitchen is a true workhorse equipped with all the bells and whistles for an accomplished chef and a gracious host. The original layout was choppy and compartmentalized, divided into small dining, kitchen, breakfast, and family rooms. By removing several walls, we created an open floor plan ideal for grand entertaining. Thoughtfully chosen finishes—honed marble, Venetian plaster, lime-waxed white oak cabinetry, and bronzed accents—give the space a warm, welcoming character and an enduring elegance that will stand the test of time.
