With his older sister off to college, the larger ensuite was reimagined as a refined young-adult retreat. The design called for a more mature aesthetic—moving beyond “kid stuff” while keeping his comic collection front and center. A moody palette and modern, masculine silhouettes establish a sophisticated foundation, while a dedicated display treats the comics as a curated art feature. In the ensuite, dainty finishes were replaced with honed marble, slate floors, a wood vanity with generous storage, and bronze accents, creating a masculine, clutter-free space. The result is a functional yet stylish retreat that balances personality with polish.
